1. The Design Process

All projects start with creating a detailed brief and a scan of the project areas, from which a 3D CAD model is created. We can then add and remove elements to create the new design and present it to you using photo realistic renders and Virtual Reality walk-throughs using the latest headset technology in your own home.

We work with clients on projects from one room to whole houses, and specialise in multi-functional spaces and problem areas. We use houses differently than how they were originally laid out so getting to know you and how you live means we can tailor our solutions to you.

2. Service Drawings & Sourcing

Builders quotes will only be as accurate as the information they are given. So We produce the service drawings for them to quote form. These include positions for power supplies and their ratings, all plumbing details as well as lighting, cabinetry and structural details so that all trades can work together efficiently. To achieve this we need to work through all these details with our clients first and this ensures they don’t get asked to make on the spot decisions on site without considering the bigger picture.

We can source everything from builders and architects to cabinetry, flooring and finishes.

3. Project Management

Being involved throughout the build is essential if all the details sweated over in the earlier stages are going to make it successfully into the final build. There are often unexpected issues to address along the way, so with a detailed knowledge of the design and the reasons behind it, we can often work out solutions with the tradespeople and without the client needing to be inconvenienced at all. Although often the most time intensive stage of the project, it limits the stress for the clients by keeping them informed, the project on schedule and budget, and finished to the high standards we all expect.
